Reservation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation.  No reservations are confirmed until the deposit is secured. Credit card payments are preferred. Payments made by check must be received within 5 days from the day that you place the reservation or the reservation will be cancelled without notice. Balance is due upon arrival. We are sorry but No Personal Checks will be accepted at the time of Check-In.

Our cancellation policy is to notify us 14 days before arrival in order to get a full refund of deposit. After this time, no refunds will be honored for any reason including early departures, inclement weather, emergencies, etc. The number of nights reserved cannot be decreased.
